Although I am not a Vegan, I wanted to cut back on meat and dairy for health reasons. I have eliminated all meat (not fish), and Dairy. I feel better. Plenty of easy, nutritious choices for plant based diets. Even my 85 year old Mom cant believe the meatloaf was meatless! Trying to use tofu as much as I can in place of eggs. I recommended to a true Vegan friend and she loves it. One of the best recipe apps I have seen and use. Thank you.
